@Edwin Serrano It's always a good idea to focus heavily on developing stamina and speed, especially when it comes to combat sports. I'd recommend sprinting up stadium steps, jogging 10 miles per day, executing punches and kicks with the use of resistance bands and swimming. Fighting is a predominantly anaerobic activity, so those are just a few of many things that can be done to develop stamina, speed and explosive power. I'd also recommend adopting some drills from Bruce Lee's training regimen.
