I would like advice on situation that has been going on for years pertaining to my neighbor(renters) everyday we pick their trash up.I. have witnessed my other neighbors picking up trash as well.What can be done?

I thought renting is not allowed, that's what my paper work says.

you could photograph the trash and put the pics on a friendly notice. place on people's doors asking all surrounding neighbors (including their door). if they would let you know if they see anyone littering and let you know about it because ur having a recent challenge w daily littering Unless you have seen them do it, I would refrain from accusations since it could become ugly and no one needs that! some folks dont mean to be inconsiderate but just
