Usually an appointment needs to be made unless the piece is smaller and quickly done.
Depends on what you're having done and which artist is doing it. More complex, more established artist, longer wait.
Even for piercings you have to set up an appointment. But usually it's not a long wait at all.

Its better to call first they are pretty bizzy since some of the artist left
