Thinking about applying here as a mobile patrol officer. Was wondering, do you guys pay for level 3 training? I've only been in the security industry about 5 months. I'm currently an unarmed guard with Allied Universal. May I get some help? Thanks!

Also, what s your hands-on policy like? Especially during self defense/defense of another individual?

These are good people. I'd say sponcer yourself....or work it out where you pay your way and get them to hire you on the condition that you finish.. I used to hire security officers on a conditional contract that said they paid for the training and if they passed I'd hire them.... That was some years back when I was working in law enforcement and also running a security company.... It would not hurt to make them the offer. I've communicated with the owner and I'm impressed with him and his company.... Just a thought from a guy who spent 40 years in law enforcement and security services....
