We tried to find an appointment for our newborn baby but we could not find for any future date untill we figured out how it is working the appointment system. Every day, a new day is open for an appointment which is after two weeks. For example, if you are checking for an appointment today, 11th March, you might find an available appointment for 25th March (exception might happen in terms of cancellation of appointments). If you check it out tomorrow, you might get an appointment for 26th March and so on. However, it was impossible to find for any date. I have been at pasaport agency with my newborn baby without an appointment just three days before our flight but they haven't taken us in without confirmation number. Here is the TRICK: appointments are become available at exactly 00:00 and it is over in 4-5 mins. You can get it at that time due to high demands. Just try this night at exactly 00:00, you might get it.
No don't go without an appointment, make sure you call the 1800 number before going, according to them is only emergency cases gets ana appointment but once u get it that's it u good to go
When I was there yesterday 3/10 they were only letting in people with appointments. The security guard has a printed list with appointment numbers and they asked for the last 4 digits of the confirmation number.
