I have been trying to obtain an appointment via phone and no luck. I leave out the country on the 29th I need a new passport will I be able to walk in?

You must call at exactly 8am. If not good keep trying to get ahold of a representative. That is the only way you'll get an appointment to go fix your Passport in time. They will do walk in period. Not an option. Keep calling best bet have all you need when you go and copies. Prepare to be there all day if anything. Patience goes a long way. Keep trying that's all i can tell you never give up

No, I tried it last week and they would not allow it. However, I kept calling all day every day until I got an appointment and just had my appointment on Monday 8/19. I travel on today and got my passport yesterday.
