Stephanie, Thank you for asking. We take customers both ways. You can always walk in, or set up an appointment. With an appointment you will experience a shorter wait time, and we can know that the tires you are looking for are in stock and held for you. With a wall in there is usually just a little longer wait, and we may not have exactly what you are looking for right in the building. Thanks, Harry
Hi i agree as well. I had one and i had a 1 hr appointment, as they were busy on a saturday.
I've done both but if you're looking for specific tires it's best to call and make sure they have them.

You can walk in buy it's a gamble on how long you have to wait depending how busy they are. I would make an appt. Especially if there is a certain tire you want. They had to order mine in. Took a few days for them to get them
I just walked in and was able to get my tires done and it didn't really take very long.
