Is it okay to clean out/organize the inside of your car here? Obviously no trash or litter left behind or anything. It's a rainy day, & my toddler knows how to open&unlock doors at home... That's why I'd like to do this away from home.

We have no problem with you cleaning your car out. If you do have a lot of trash and would fill up a whole trash can, we would ask that you put in the dumpster instead.
