Goodwill doesn't but the Salvation Army stores do. The bigger Salvation Army store usually have them. They wilo send them out to he cleaned and sanatized before they are sold.
I have never seen mattress at the verious Goodwill stores I have been in.
Goodwill mostly sell clothes, no furniture. Salvation Army sells used furniture but I don't think they sell used mattresses or box springs.
