They have BBQ's at various places throughout the park. They have a information office as you enter the park. I would check before you enter. I would definitely call OC parks, and make sure first.

Yes but you should find out if it's within OC Parks policy first. There are also charcoal BBQs and there's a shelter at the large playground with a running sink.
Yes you can take a propane tank
There are already Bbqs there just need charcoal. Not sure if you can bring your own but seems like you should be able too
