Yes they do. Tofu is gluten free. Also ask before ordering. I love their Spinach tofu soup btw...it is so good, and gluten free. They have a nice vegetable tofu dish that is really good to, and you can order a dish with no veggie meat if your not sure. The favors in their dishes are very good.
Try a Chow Fun dish for a gluten free option. Chow Fun is made with rice noodles.
