As long as the dog is on a leash. There are bass and bluegill populations year round and trout and I think catfish are stocked occasionally depending on the season

Yes you can bring you dog or any animal to the park
it's one of the best park you can walk with dog. Peole fish there for fun I don't think there are lots of fish in the water
