I called in and got my answer. Shawn's appointments fill up very quickly. Most of his regular patients know to go on line very early in the morning, say 4 am, to get a scheduled appointment. Walk ins seem pretty easy. Arrive early in the morning or wait and go in after 3 and you should be able to see him with minimal wait time.
They only accept 72hours in advance or less, once his schedule is full you can only be seen as a walk-in.
