I'm gonna have to say that I'm unsure about a flat rate... Let's face it, a place that charges for the use of a SHOWER probably isn't looking to cut a deal. However, they do have Full Service Lots at $480.00 a month. This will offer you a quiet lil spot with electricity (a deposit is required, price is $70-$120 depending on which amp you pick) water & sewer are included.
