Also, the front desk female asked the owner the price. It MUST be flexible if I was paying $40 for a full package and paid more but got less this time, and if the prices aren't posted. POST YOUR PRICES AND BE CONSISTENT.

Perhaps someone is "helping" the front desk? we only bring our dogs to Doggie Style they are very fair!
