You can expect to receive one week's worth of meals, once a week. Meals include breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with fruit cocktails, a dessert cake, several pints of milk, and diiner rolls. You receive enough healthy meals to eat for an entire week. All of them are fresh, healthy, nutritionally balanced, and delicious. MANNA is a wonderful organization and very, very worthy of volunteers and donations.
