I only had 11 on the top pulled plus dentures & they were below everywhere else. They tell you up front what the cost will be on the first consultation & that visit is free. I'd definitely recommend them. I received first rate care. Hope you do well!
Not sure. Only had 2 extracted and had a package deal also.
That I'm not sure of. I only had 10 on top pulled. You can call and ask, mine was a package deal.
