You can't really compare the two. You have a 600 class bike vs a v4 1000cc. Two totally different animals. Power delivery will be much lower on a rsv. Than a 600 class.

I've heard the the Daytonas are a tad heavy. I have a friend who rides an RSV 1000 and it's really nice. Don't know if it's a factory model though. If I had to guess, I'd say the RSV.
