Not sure but they do ask for last 2 pay stubs, statement from utility bills that you are seeking assistance for, original ss card for everyone living in household. If you do not have all forms they will not move forward and you will start over plus have to come back.

You would have to have all of your bill's together and a shut off notice. For everything all up to date.
