I had to call once months ago, but the call was answered. I don't remember how many rings it took.

No they do not pick up phones from my experiences.... since no one answers we went in person. If it's a party I would go in 2 weeks in advance and speak to a representative. Too many representative spending time on cellphones devices which needs to be banned while working.

I never tried calling them. If you go on their website, there's a form you fill and they generally reach out to you in 24hours or less.
