Did yall have to call 18 times with no pick or or a let me place you on hold?? Because I still can't get anyone at all.

It has been known to be like that!! Uselly they answer after about 5 min.of ringing. If they don't answer try another there are 3 or 4 of them that are owned by the same person and prices are usually the same. They are all hooked up computerized and know which one has your part.. Good luck on your search..
