Can y'all help with a baby kitten? Im not so sure the age of the kitten.. But he can move around and his eyes are open .. I want to keep him i just want to get the right milk and care for the kitten.

Can i get the goats milk at petsmart? I bought some replacement milk, i try to feed him with the little bottle, then i tried an eyedropper.. But he won't eat that much.. Is he too young to take to the Vet?
