I adopted a 2nd cat who was 4 1/2 years younger than my 1st cat. The young cat kept attacking my other cat. My first cat has no claws on front paws and the 2nd cat does have them. I have had the 2nd cat for 3 days. Should I return the 2nd cat in?

I would not give up so easy just let them have their moments and then everything will be fine if you give up and take the other cat back that is giving up on them as well be a problem we'll see you in a few days they have to get used to each other because your first one is territorial you can also do a free spay and neuter

You should slowly introduce the new cat to your older cat. The new cat needs to adjust to its new environment. If after time it does not adjust you might want to seek a foster home agency for assistance.

You can try and rehome the cat on your own or you can return thay cat. I adopted a dog who attacked my cat so I returned him the next day. I felt bad but my cat came first. You can return the cat. It's okay. Things happen.
