My dog got nutered 5 days ago and they said take off the cone in 5 days and no baths until 10 days. If I take off the cone, will it be okay if my dog lickes the stitches and all that

You should put the cone back on if he starts to lick. The licking could introduce bacteria to the would and cause infection.
