What city are you located in? Your best bet would be see if a rescue could take your pup? Temp foster? Is this a permanent thing where you can no longer keep your pet or permanent? I believe and don't quote me on this. I believe they're only able to take dogs from dallas. Another words you have to i think live within dallas to surrender at DAS? You could call to double check. There are a ton of rescues though in Texas. Please let me know if i can help. And please dont offer your dog up here for free.
