Is the front window cracked, it used to be listed, if the crack and or star chip was smaller than a sheet of regular paper and not in the direct forward view of the inspector it would pass, now it is not as the crack is considered to compromise the integrity of the laminated front window glass. What shape are the wipers in. Can the doors open from the outside handlea and the inside handles. You look for the operation of the safety device installed to the vehicle all the mirrors, gas cap, horn, e-flashers, do door Windows roll up and down, seat belts must operate, guage clusters must work...... And this is the killer if you have bumpers, fenders hoods trunk lids or any car or truck panel that is not properly attached can fail you.
