Yes there are bike racks on the sidewalk approaching the building near Gate 2. However on event days there is heavy pedestrian traffic in this area as it is a main security check point.
Yes there is as long as you have your own chain & lock to secure it to the posts & just as Don Beckham stated there is alot of pedestrian traffic on event days. These posts are located on the curved sidewalk between the parking lots approaching the admin entrance.
