Under 2? When you enter the stadium and they scan your tickets they will write you a lap pass so the child can sit on your lap. If they don't, be sure to ask for one or you'll have to go back before you're seated. And yes, its really loud!

No, you don't need a ticket, but make sure you check with the ticket office.
Go to university of Phoenix Stadium website and they have all the rules and policies listed. Under 2 would just share a seat with an adult

I've never needed one for my under 2, however I would email the actual ticket office for a response so if they ask you can show them you've been told it's fine.
