The City of Colfax only allows adult and recreational cultivation outdoors and non storefront retailers can deliver in to Colfax, but the one lone retailer was defined as a dispensary and did not apply to the definitions (cannabis business was used when counsel amended the ordinance, now that harvest time for illegal growers and legal growers that sell illegally to the black market you can easily purchase cannabis locally from several dealers but it is not tested but you are supporting locals.
