Doesnt taje long. Holdup would be patient flow for the Dr to do it. Next time have the Dr do it while you are at an appt there.
I'm not sure how long it takes, never had that issue. Perhaps you should call them back first thing in the morning and explain that you REALLY need the medicine ASAP. Hope your script is filled early tomorrow. Best wishes.
It's often due to the Doctor having a lot of patient's and the nurses are still waiting for the say so...
