It's a flavor or two of the week, sometimes only of the day or just for as long as it lasts. They're rolled from shake which is the weaker of the two types (flower vs. shake). I prefer to buy the flower, using a "Chromium Crusher" from Amazon, i capture the kief myself and use it in making my own recipes and oils. I get about a 1/2 gram of kief per 1/4 when the flower is grown properly. Anything that can be made from Marijuana trimmings or ground flowers can be made from kief also. You might want to.look into a "Decarboxylator" also at Amazon, it doubles the strenghth of your kief and/or trimmings. Bottom line: you pay about $10.00, per quarter more for flower but you get the equivalent back in kief ever two quarters you buy. Its like buy 2 get 1 free, but only worth it if you'll use your kief :) Best of Luck to You.
