I went to nj alternative medicine in turnersville nj. They are great there. Google them and they have all the answers as far as setting you up . But as long as you have a paper with your doctors leaderhead on it stating youre currently diagnosed woth anxiety or ptsd and thats basically it. Besides the payments for the visits to the Dr. It will run you 335$ then 100$ for your card unless you have medicare or are a veteran and it will be 20$ i believe . Hope this helps !! Good Luck !
