They are alot busier now it depends on you,if you want to take the chance then just show up,if not then make an appointment.
There is a steady stream of people, It couldn't hurt to make an appointment but it really depends on your schedule
I called they told me to come by anytime i first called and asked if i can br seem sunday they said yes just come down it took 20 minutes even though they were crowed at the time.
Make an appointment for sure...they are always so busy!
