Just opened a brand new cartridge from their store and it's not working. Do they offer repairs or exchanges with defect products?

It's at least worth a phone call, but I doubt that they do.

Did you try another vaporizer. You have to keep them clean. If it's used and not working try cleaning it with a q tip and rubbing alcohol.

I understand that it says no returns but in this case this is a faulty product. They mislead me as a loyal customer. This is not a voluntary return but because I have to.

You might want to double-check but it says on the door. No returns once you leave the building.
