Bought a new vape cartridge flavor wont work at all . I have no idea what to do with the no return refund policy when other cartridges I have all work but the new flavo r that came out

Give them a call. Maybe someone there knows how to help.

If you have a pen with a heat feature, try to heat it up a few times. Also, make sure the liquid is sitting correctly in the cart. Sometimes both sides of holes are bubbled over, when only one should be.

I agree with Bob. If the cartridge is faulty, I'm sure they will help you out. It's not like you can try it in the store before you leave. Let us know what happens please
