You place an order via their site and you can go pick it up the same day. It doesn't matter if you do it in advance or in line.

No, but even if you do order ahead, you have to wait in line. I figured a drive thru for phone orders would keep it moving and they'd make more sales. Apparently they like huge lines clogging the sidewalks. Only in NJ. A buddy in Colorado laughed at the system we have in here.
No but they come around while you're in line and show you the menu and let you order then so you can just walk in and get your order , pay ,and leave

No but it's hardly advise. I'd recommend holding off until truly recreational dispensaries are open and will therefore offer a much wider variety. With the exception of their flower, everything else is trash including their topicals, tinctures, lozenges, you name it. The staff is remarkably under qualified to give advice on which strains are relevant to your condition. It's distressing because that's one of their selling points but they can't deliver on that. If you like smoking, you can work there. Sometimes they do have very good strains but that is more rare than it is often. Their menu system in the store is a train wreck as well. It's four big screen TVs that alternate far to quickly between flowers and tincture/ tropicals. Elderly patients surely love that feature of being confused. Good thing I'm opening competing dispensaries very soon in their backyard and every state they are in). It's Petty and vindictive but the lack of patient care is astounding and hurts me. Goodbye
Actually yes you do you cannot get into the place unless you have place an order you can do it while you're waiting in line but you will not get in unless you have ordered it

Not everyone can order ahead and it is not mandatory. It is easy and helps you get out faster. There's not enough parking, traffic jams and a line to get in so it's not exactly like Denver yet. It's a very New Jersey system as if the old Motor Vehicles Dept was making the rules.
