Yes. You just have to go to your njmmp account and change your atc. You can change it as much as you want

Yes you can, but must make an appointment for consultation in each dispensary first. After 1st visit need to bring MMP and Licence sign in and wait for your name call. Belmar was crowded and standing in line once name was called another 30 minutes. They brought me a walker with seat, as I could not stand that long.
