You can bring food. There are tables both inside the pool and in the park area that are free and first come first served.

In the pool area itself, the only tables available are at the snack bar. Outside in the park there are multiple tables available. If you are talking about a large group where you want to reserve a pavilion, there is a fee, otherwise the tables are on a first come basis.
