I usually return everything that I find of somebody else's up to the security desk if security is not doing something about something that you think they should be I guess it would depend on the details surrounding the incident but there's always somebody a member of the staff it's willing to help a lot of stuff in most ways we'll try to take you there themselves or fix something on their own but when it comes to a security issue I would think that it might just be the details surrounding whatever the incident is that might be what's not getting the attention maybe they know something you don't or vice versa maybe you're not telling them something that they need to or in a certain way?....
As far as I know the Indian casinos have a group of individuals that are the true changers&makers of the policies in place and deal directly with customer service issues and there is 2 ways to reach them either by email or the comment card! Believe it or not but the design of checks and balances I believe is why it is set up in this way. Good luck on recovering your things. Per comment from another Google user talking to a host might work as RedHawks host program far exceeds any of the other
Security is pretty good there they've recovered a lost phone of mine twice
Placerville PD or Tribal Police
Host
I'd go direct to customer service then call the Sheriff dept,Indian Casinos usually allow them within the property grounds for assistance + get a mouthpiece as video is constant if ever need for a case
Ask for a manager they may be able to help
Security always does a great job
Always the police. Casino security are just decorations. Police will check the camera.
Management at the kiosk service kiosk call the sheriff
Management
Customer service manager/ head
Not in this case
Try addressing your concern with a VIP host. Office located in high limit room. Express your dissatisfaction with security documenting names of personnel with provided inadequate results. Good luck
