No they won't
Dollar tree will not do it. I've tried several times before. All they do is tell you where you can buy helium
I would definitely give it a shot. I dont see why they wouldn't unless it's like 80 balloons you need filled. Just go in and ask the worst they can say is no. You can also get a small helium tank at Dollar General or Walmart for like 20 bucks if they won't do it for you.
