How packed is this gym compared to gb3? I plan to go at 4:30am Mon,Wed,Friday. Then at 1pm on saturday.

Hi Gabriel, you'll have no issue using the equipment of your choice at those times. Our after work/evening crowd is usually a bit busier, but you'll never have to fight the lines for equipment at FWF! We look forward to seeing you soon!

Are members told not to slam weights on either free weights or machines? Very irritating at GB3. GB3 is a free for all!
