If you order online it takes about 2 days.. I got mine in 2 days by paying an extra fee with FedEx
They are open but u can't get a birth certificate the same day like before. Now its all done by mail. And takes 6 to 7 weeks to receive the birth certificate. If u wait in line all the tell u is, drop this in the slot with a money order or check.
