Why isn’t there a better atmosphere in the gym. The owner guarantees it during sign up

I have been going to JL for 7 months and eveyone is friendly, people make their routines and are helpful. I go by myself but it is nice when you have a partner.

There is. I've been a member since last year and it has, by far, the BEST atmosphere a gym can have. Right now, you just have the "new year, new me" people that fill up the gym for the first few weeks and then slowly drop off. It'll get better. Friday's and Saturday's it's less congested.

I love it at just lift. My daughter too! Try the classes or talk to some of the trainers.
