Agreed. I cant stand seeing food service employees without gloves on. There are sooo many people with conditions, diseases and poor hygeine to be messing around with other people's food without any type of sanitation necessities. HEY HEALTH DEPARTMENT LETS NOT GIVE A HEADS UP WHEN YOU SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS FOR PROGRESS REPORTS IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY. I know from personal experience while working in the food industry...not going to call anyone but since the HD schedules their Appointments the restaurant i worked at always passed because we were prepared to. How about catching these restaurants/fast food places off guard and really give a legitimate update on their food safety/sanitation..
Sanitation was the very 1st course that was taught in Culinary College: Most ppl don't realize how important it is to wash their hands whether eating out; or, eating at their own homes. Bacteria is not a joke! Am I right?
