They are located in downtown tulare on kern. Its between k and j next door to electric giraffe tattoo. I think they have karaoke on wednesdays, they do have open mic night not sure of the day though. Following them on Instagram is the best way to stay informed on what's going on. Either way its a great place to hangout.
