Yes they do I've been lucky to get the same girl 3x but all the other times they looked me up on the computer and knew exactly how I want my haircut if you are asking about a specific person yes they know "who" has cut your hair Everytime

My experience is that it is difficult to continually get the same person each time. Schedules change and they will rotate people to their other locations.
