I paid an extra $10.00 for membership when I shopped there today for the first time.. Do you give me a membership card? You did not even ask me for any info.

I hear they do that all the time. Plus will not honor it when you go back and try to use it. You should report it.

We are members since many years ago. Card doesn't show any name but has a member number and sticker in the back with current validity. I do not recall filling paperwork

You are supposed to fill out an application then they give you a card
