You can pull up in front where drop offs are and they will come out to your car
Yes it has to be bagged "to make it easier to bring in" were her exact words. It can be any kind of bag/box. They will come out to your vehicle to bring the items in. You just have to pull up in front of the doors.
Yes they accept all donations and there is a drop off door to the left of the entrance. They are very helpful
