Small town Steakhouse with a big popularity. usually doesn't work out but with how good their food is it's definitely worth the wait in my opinion

Because you're in a Cowboy bar in the middle of nowhere that has inexplicably become far too popular.
Food is excellent.. service is just alright.. yet I keep going back...

Dan I agree with your sentiment. While the food was AMAZING the staff left a lot to be desired in the way of friendliness and service... Especially for the high prices.
