I know Lawrence Photo store used to do things like that on Campbell and around Bennett I think. I'm not sure if they still do... But you can call and check.
There are services for home movies, but I haven't seen Entertainmart offer this service.
B&K audio & video at 1317 South Glenston does it. I cant speak to their track record as I've never done business with them before but it might be worth a shot
